If your Tummy Ache doesn't feel good, you can send it back to us !
You have 14 days to send your items back for a full refund (if the item is new and unused), and 28 days for an exchange.
How to?
Complete our returns form to identify your order, you will then receive a confirmation email with our returns address.
If you want to exchange your item, specify what item, size and colour you would like to exchange your return for, and it will be dispatched to you when your return has arrived, and the balance payment has been made (if necessary). If we don’t have the required product in stock you will be refunded.
If you are returning from outside the UK, please contact us to ensure the correctly completed Customs Form is included in your return - we will not be responsible for any charges relating to customs and tax.
All products must be returned via recorded delivery - returns sent in any other way may not be credited.
Refunds will be made to the same method of payment used to place the order - refunds outside the UK will not include duties and taxes incurred.
Import Duties & Tax
If you are ordered from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches its destination. Please contact your local customs officer for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined - we will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
