I started painting erotic pictures because I love sex. I love the way it feels, the physical pleasure, the getting to know someone else and finally, dropping all worry in ecstasy.

Even before the pandemic started, I was working on double portraits and group compositions because I wanted to draw attention to relationship. We benefit from being together. Learning the secrets of healthy relations is vital, in our sex lives of course, but also in every other aspect of life.

We are much more than the personalities we present to the world. We need to know that for ourselves first. I see sex as one way to dissolve these preconceived notions of who we are.

Sex is a powerful force of nature.

When we are together sexually, we can move as one, we expand and then totally disappear. It’s an introduction to magic. When I paint womxn enjoying their own bodies, or enjoying each other’s bodies, it’s a feminist act. It’s about honouring womxn’s pleasure.
